Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware, all sales are subject to the following conditions.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or activated mining machines
• Items damaged due to improper use, electrical issues, or overclocking
• Clearance or promotional items

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
